Tour de Yorkshire 2019 will fly through all four corners of the Yorkshire county from the 2-5 May and at Yorkshire’s Airport we are geared up to be official sponsors.

Follow the rider’s progress on this, the fifth edition of the race, taking in eight start and finish locations with supporters welcome at all. With the stages amounting to around 618km for the men and 264km for the women, we think they might need it.

Travelling to the Leeds Bradford Airport during Tour de Yorkshire 2019

Factor in road closures to your travel plans to Leeds Bradford Airport as rolling road closures will affect many local and regional roads into the airport.

Tour de Yorkshire road closures

The following bus services will also be affected during the Tour de Yorkshire:

Friday 3rd May 2019:

781 Service to Otley Bus Station - This service will not operate due to the road closures in place throughout the day.
747 Service to Harrogate Due to road closures throughout this route, this service will not be serving Harrogate between 06:00 Hours and 18:00 Hours. This service will operate as normal to and from Bradford Interchange to Leeds Bradford Airport.
A658 Pool Bank New Road will be a full closure, as will the A658 Main Street (Pool in Wharfedale)
