To help rectify your query, some common FAQ’s:
Lost Property - please email lost.property@lba.co.uk with as much information as possible and the team will respond as soon as they can.
Amend Car Park Booking – you are able to amend a future booking up to 24 hours prior to your arrival time via the ‘My Booking’ page at the top of our website.
- For registration plate amendments within 24 hours of arrival, please proceed to the Airport as normal. Upon arrival, please press the help button and quote your booking reference number. The car park team will be able to amend your booking.
- Booking extensions cannot be made online once your vehicle is parked within the car park. Upon your return, please proceed to the car park exit barrier, an overstay charge for the extended period will be calculated and payable on exit.
