Air Traffic Control Assistant

To support the ATC team, we are looking to recruit an AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL ASSISTANT to join Leeds Bradford Airport, to assist in providing AIR TRAFFIC SERVICES.

Main Responsibilities

·        The ATCA is responsible to the HoATS for the provision of general assistance to the on duty ATCOs to ensure the safe, expeditious and efficient provision of the Air Traffic Service.

·        Provide specialist operational support to the ATCOs in both Tower and Radar positions.

·        Provide Clearance Delivery function in VCR in support of the Aerodrome ATCO.

·        Liaise with other operational departments.

·        Provide Meteorological observations and dissemination via the METCOM.

·        Maintain currency of MET certification.

·        Carry out simulator pilot duties where trained.

·        Other Operational Support Assistant duties as directed by management.

Customer Specialist (9 month FTC)

To support the Commercial team, we are looking to recruit a Customer Specialist to join Leeds Bradford Airport, to be the primary point of contact for every LBA customer across all touchpoints, surprising and delighting them with each interaction and securing a positive customer perception in the catchment.

Main Responsibilities

·         To have a clear understanding of consumers and customers in the LBA catchment

 

·         To be an ambassador for the LBA customer, inspiring colleagues across the business to drive a positive customer experience and have a customer-first mindset

 

·         To execute LBA’s customer complaints process, utilising the most appropriate communication channel(s) for the situation

Aviation Security Officer

We are currently recruiting for 2023 both full time and part time Aviation Security Officers to join our team and have the following working options available from January 2023:

Permanent Full Time 40 hours - working a roster pattern of 3 days on 3 days off (consisting of early shifts starting from 0300 / 0400hrs and afternoon shifts starting anytime from 1100hrs - Starting salary £20,856

Main Responsibilities

Customer Experience Officer

To support the future growth of the Airport and the Customer Experience team, we are currently recruiting for Customer Experience Officers to join Leeds Bradford Airport in delivering an excellent one-stop customer experience from start to finish whilst maintaining exceptionally high standards.

The Customer Service team are a hardworking, fast paced, dynamic group and are the ambassadors of LBA®. The team’s responsibility is to create excellent first impressions of all customer journeys and leave all our customers with 100% satisfaction.

The role specialises in transporting and moving people from all on site car parks, welcoming customers to the airport terminal, running car-parking services including the Meet and Greet service. We also deliver the Passenger with Reduced mobility (PRM) service.

We have full time 42 hour a week and 21 hours part time vacancies.

Salaries range from £21,898.80 to £24,088.68 for full time, and from £10.949.40 to £12,044.34 for part time.

Temporary Kitchen Assistant

To support the Lounge team, we are looking to recruit a Temporary Kitchen Assistant to join Leeds Bradford Airport, to assist in providing a first class service to our Lounge customer.

Main Responsibilities

  • Adhere to professional standards of food presentation, production and portion control.
  • Assist in the stock control of food. Monitor the food wastage.
  • Work in line with standard operating procedures including hourly, daily and weekly tasks which includes maintenance, cleanliness and compliance in the operation of the lounges.
  • Maintain stock levels, date and rotation and replenish food buffet service in the lounge.

Lounge Host


To support the Lounge team, we are looking to recruit Lounge Hosts to join Leeds Bradford Airport, to assist in providing a first class service to our Lounge customers.

We currently have part time vacancies available of either 21 hours and 28 hours per week on either a 3 on 3 off or 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Salaries start at either £10,949 for 21 hours or £14,599 for 28 hours.

Main Responsibilities

To meet, greet and check all passengers into the Lounges

To work in line with standard operating procedures including hourly, daily and weekly tasks which includes maintenance, cleanliness and compliance in the operation of the lounges

To maintain stock levels, date and rotation and replenish food and beverage buffet service in the lounge.

To provide a food and drinks service in all lounges to customers

To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the airport alcohol policy.

To provide assisted service to passengers during their stay including knowledge and assisting with allergens and dietry requirements. Perform ‘back of house’ duties when catering staff members are not present or are busy.

Commercial Finance Analyst

To support the Finance team, we are looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst to join Leeds Bradford Airport, to join our growing Commercial Finance team, supporting the Head of Commercial Finance to deliver commercial insight to support business growth

Main Responsibilities

·           To ensure that the Finance Team is supported in delivering the overall team objectives.
