It's safe to say we've accomplished UK Airports Safety Week 2019

Leeds Bradford Airport hosted a series of activities as part of the annual UK Airports Safety Week. Airports Safety Week is organised nationally by the Airport Operators Association at airports across the UK, promoting safety in all its aspects.

This year our teams have had the opportunity to learn about Human Factors, take part in Noise and Vibration and First Aid and Defibrillator training and understand the importance of safety in Environmental Management and Airside Driving as well as the chance to discuss Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Display Screen Equipment (DSE). 

It's safe to say we've enjoyed the week which gave us all a chance to showcase safety best practice and share vast knowledge and experience of something so fundamentally important to us.
