Who can use Leeds Bradford Airport lounges?

Our lounges are open to customers of all airlines. Groups are limited to a maximum of 4 adults for the Six Eight One lounge and 6 adults and 2 children for the Avro Lounge. For any larger groups, please contact customercare@lba.co.uk to discuss.

Can I walk up and purchase a lounge stay at Leeds Bradford Airport?

We strongly reccomend pre-booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Entry to the lounges is available for walk up customers, however is subject to availability and may be limited at peak times. Peak times are typically 04:00-07:00 and 12:00-17:00 each day.

Are the airport lounges for adults only?

Supervised children and infants are welcome in The Avro Lounge. Bookings must be made by someone aged 18 or over, and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the lounge. Please note, the Six Eight One Lounge is exclusively for guests aged 12 and over.

Are the airport lounges child friendly?

Supervised children and infants are welcome in The Avro Lounge. Bookings must be made by someone aged 18 or over, and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the lounge. The Avro lounge offers an essentials experience, including light snacks for children, such as fresh fruit, nachos, cheese and crackers and light snacks. This lounge does not have a hot food buffet. Please note, the Six Eight One Lounge is exclusively for guests aged 12 and over.

Are groups welcome in our airport lounges?

In line with our guest experience policy, we are currently unable to accommodate group bookings in our lounges. The maximum group size that can be booked online is four adults for The Six Eight One Lounge or six adults and two children for The Avro Lounge. Please note that any attempt to form larger groups by combining separate bookings may result in entry being refused on the day.

Which cards or passes permit entry to Leeds Bradford Airport lounges?

We accept the following passes into The Avro Lounge: Priority Pass, Dragon Pass, Lounge Key. Please note you can pre-book lounges with these passes for an additional non- refundable fee. To do this, visit our homepage and select the dates, on the next page please read and select the yellow boxes to display the price. If you choose not to pre-book, it is subject to availability on the day, at peak times we may be unable to accommodate your entry. Access to the more premium Six Eight One lounge may be possible, subject to availability and an upgrade charge, please speak with the lounge team on the day to discuss this.

Which business class airline tickets permit entry to Leeds Bradford Airport lounges?

Subject to availability, we accept the following business passengers: KLM/Air France business class ticketed customers. Access for all other airlines is subject the the relevant charge.

Are the lounges wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the lounges are accessible to assisted travel users. They are located in our new terminal extension, just past Gate 8. Assisted travel customers are very welcome to use the lounges and should return to the assisted travel meeting point one hour before departure. Please speak with the assisted travel team on the day to confirm arrangements and ensure everything runs smoothly.

How long can I stay in the airport lounges?

Customers can purcahse entry from either 2 hours or 3 hours before your flight departure time. If purchasing the 2 hour option you can enter a maximum of 2 hours before your departure time and if purchasing the 3 hour option, you can enter a maximum of 3 hours before departure time. If you arrive earlier than your designated entry time, you will be asked to return at the correct time. You can remain in the lounge until your flight starts boarding, typically 30-40 minutes before departure. If your flight is delayed and you wish to remain in the lounge after this period, please speak to the lounge hosts. They may be able to accommodate you, subject to availability and a small charge.

Do Leeds Bradford Airport lounges have a dress code?

Yes, a smart casual dress code applies. In particular, but without limitation, no sportswear, team or tour shirts, clothing with offensive slogans, fancy dress, baseball caps, shorts (unless tailored) or vest tops for men are allowed.

Do Leeds Bradford Airport lounges have any house rules?

We ask that all our guests adhere to the following: keep behaviour relaxing and dignified, food and drink may not be removed from the lounges, please drink responsibly and meet our smart casual dress code conditions.

Can I contact the lounge team directly about a booking?

Please email customercare@lba.co.uk. This inbox is monitored Monday-Friday and we aim to get back to you within 48 hours.

Can I amend or cancel my lounge booking?

You may amend or cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the commencement of the booking period online by using the Manage Booking link or logging in, unless you purchase cancellation protection, which allows amendments and cancellations up to 17 hours before the scheduled arrival time. In the event of failure to use the Lounge facilities for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund.

How is disruptive and drunken behaviour managed at the airport?

We support the One Too Many campaign to tackle disruptive behaviour through a voluntary Code of Practice. Passengers deemed unfit to fly may be denied boarding, prison sentences, fines and airline bans.

Do your lounges cater for allergens?

If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please speak with your lounge hosts on the day. Vegetarian/Vegan and Gluten Free options are available. We advise customers with allergens to be aware of the risk of cross-contamination that may occur within self-serve areas. To help us and other customers please be mindful when serving yourself. Please only use the designated utensils for each dish.

What time is last entry to the lounges?

During the summer season (1st April - 31st October) our lounges close at 20:00, with last entry at 18:00. In the winter months (1st November - 31st March) we close at 17:00, with last entry at 15:00.

Can I bring a carer in the lounge?

Those with a disability that have booked a lounge can bring a registered carer into the lounge free of charge, subject to confirmation. Please contact customercare@lba.co.uk to discuss. Please note carers will be allowed to enjoy complimentary soft drinks and food. Alcohol will not be served to carers.
