Who can use Leeds Bradford Airport lounges?

Our lounges are open to customers of all airlines. Groups are limited to a maximum of 6 adults, for larger bookings please make an enquiry to the lounge team.

Can I walk up and purchase a lounge stay at Leeds Bradford Airport?

Entry to the lounges is available to walk up customers subject to availability.

Are the airport lounges for adults only?

Only the 1432 Runway Club is for adults only. Supervised children are welcome in one of our lounges as per the below, but bookings must be made by persons aged 18 years or over. Infants are permitted in the Yorkshire Lounge only. Children (over 3) are also permitted in the Yorkshire Lounge. The 1432 Runway Club is strictly for persons 16 years and older.

Are the airport lounges child friendly?

Are groups welcome in our airport lounges?

Maximum group sizes apply for online bookings. If you'd like to enquire about making a lounge reservation for a larger group, please contact customercare@lba.co.uk and the team will be able to confirm our availability.

Which cards or passes permit entry to Leeds Bradford Airport lounges?

We accept the following passes into The Yorkshire Lounge: Priority Pass, Dragon Pass, Lounge Key. Please note you cannot pre-book lounges with these passes. It is subject to availability on the day, at peak times we may be unable to accommodate. The only way to guarantee your place in the lounge is by making a paid booking.

Which business class airline tickets permit entry to Leeds Bradford Airport lounges?

Are the lounges wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the lounges are accessible to wheelchair users.

How long can I stay in the airport lounges?

Customers may enter the lounges up to 3 hours before your scheduled flight time. You can remain in the lounge for 2.5 hours, you are required to vacate the lounge 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time, or when your flight is announced as boarding. If you wish to remain in the lounge after this period, please speak to the lounge hosts. They may be able to accommodate you, subject to availability and a small charge.

Do Leeds Bradford Airport lounges have a dress code?

Yes, a smart casual dress code applies. In particular, but without limitation, no sportswear, team or tour shirts, clothing with offensive slogans, fancy dress, baseball caps, shorts (unless tailored) or vest tops for men are allowed.

Do Leeds Bradford Airport lounges have any house rules?

We ask that all our guests adhere to the following: keep behaviour relaxing and dignified, food and drink may not be removed from the lounges, please drink responsibly and meet our smart casual dress code conditions.

Can I contact the lounge team directly about a booking?

Please email customercare@lba.co.uk. This inbox is monitored Monday-Friday and we aim to get back to you within 48 hours.

Can I amend or cancel my lounge booking?

You may amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before commencement of the booking period online by using the Manage My Booking link or Login link. In the event of failure to use the Lounge facilities for any reason you will not be entitled to a refund.

How is disruptive and drunken behaviour managed at the airport?

We support the One Too Many campaign to tackle disruptive behaviour through a voluntary Code of Practice. Passengers deemed unfit to fly may be denied boarding, prison sentences, fines and airline bans.

Do your lounges cater for allergens?

Please speak to your Host if you have a food allergy or dietary requirement. Vegetarian/Vegan options are available. We advise customers with allergens to be aware of the risk of cross-contamination that may occur within self-serve areas. To help us and other customers please be mindful when serving yourself. Please only use the designated utensils for each dish.

What time is last entry to the lounges?

During the summer season (1st April - 31st October) our lounges close at 20:00, with last entry at 18:00. In the winter months (1st November - 31st March) we close at 17:00, with last entry at 15:00.

Can I bring a carer in the lounge?

Those with a disability that have booked a lounge can bring a registered carer into the lounge free of charge, subject to confirmation. Please note carers will be allowed to enjoy complimentary soft drinks and food. Alcohol will not be served to carers.
